My work covers prescription management, AI-powered chart review and generation during visits, with a focus on speed, clarity, and trust. I build platform transparency for providers by introducing clear operational statuses and compensation logic, including how visit type affects payout.
I partner with product, engineering, and medical experts to validate problems early, test solutions fast, and ship improvements across workflow efficiency and usability.

Enhanced existing processes by designing a transparent interface that allowed customers to see detailed information about account arrestments: when they occurred, from which account, and on behalf of which government agency.

Worked on transforming a pregnancy tracking app into a parenting platform. Through market analysis, user research, A/B testing, and implementing a design system, we increased user engagement and broadened the app's appeal. This pivot led to a successful launch in the Latin American market, where the app ranked in the top-3 in its category.
Participated in the design of the on-board tablet interface for the ATOM electric car, conducted research, tested the interface and steering wheel controls on a car prototype in the laboratory.
